At NavStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all devices are factory reset and all accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your NavStore account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
